Who Is the Assessing Authority for my occupation?

What is a skills assesemnt needed and why do I NEED ONE?

A skills assessment examines your qualifications and work experience to determine if you are suitable skilled in the occupation you are nominating. It is proof that have the qualifications/experience required to be appropriate skilled in your occupation to Australian immigration standards.

What documents do I need for the skills assessment?

The required documents will vary depending on the skills assessing authority but as a minimum most will require ID document, Proof of your work experience such as contract, reference letter, pay slips and tax records as well as academic qualifications such as degree certificate and full transcripts of qualifications. For some occupations examples of past projects may me needed as well as reports of work undertaken.
